Individual Family Constellations

You’ve done the work. You have discovered where this wound began, have worked with the limiting beliefs that formed from those painful events, and it helped…but the pattern is still there.

You find yourself reacting to the same triggers, dealing with the same feelings, relationships or situations.

Perhaps you are:

• Repeating a painful relationship pattern.

• Carrying guilt, grief or responsibility that feels difficult to explain.

• Feeling disconnected from a parent, partner or family member.

• Struggling with money, work or an important life transition.

• Sensing that something from your family history is affecting your life now.​

 
An individual Family Constellations session offers a private space to explore what may be happening beneath the surface.

After a brief conversation about what you would like to explore, we use objects or markers to represent you and the people or circumstances connected to the issue. You don’t need to know exactly where the pattern began or have a complete history of your family.
​
As the constellation takes shape, we work with the field—the energetic connection through which information about the family system emerges. We pay attention to the placement, relationships, feelings and movements that arise. The constellation may draw our attention to a person or event that still carries energy within the family, even when you did not know that person or experience the event yourself.
​
With my guidance, we follow what emerges, allowing what has been unseen or unresolved to be acknowledged.

Family Constellations can be experienced privately in an individual session or with others in a group circle. Both formats work with the field, but each offers a different experience.
​

This may be right for you if you want privacy, personal guidance and a session focused entirely on the issue you bring.

A circle allows you to experience the work with people acting as representatives. You can reserve a place to set up your own constellation or participate as a representative in someone else’s.
​
If you are curious about the work but hesitant to take an active role, you are equally welcome to attend as a witness. You do not need to share your story, represent or set up a constellation. Your presence is part of the circle as you observe the work unfolding.
